Returns

We really hope you love the pieces you purchased from Maison Frida, but if you are not happy we offer free and easy returns for eligible products.

 

To get started with a return, please send an email to hello@maisonfrida.com and make sure to include your name, order # and return details so we can assist you with processing. 

You have 7 days from when you receive your package to return your items. Please ship it back within 3-4 days so that we can have it back in the store by 7 days. 

We accept regular-priced items for store credit or refund that are new, unused/unworn and in its original packaging only.

We do not accept return on international orders.

 

You have 2 options for your return:
Store Credit - Cost $0: If you wish to return an item for store credit, we will cover the cost of the return shipping label. Once we receive the item(s), we will issue a store credit and send you an email.

Refund - Cost $7: We will generate a return shipping label for you at a cost of $5. Once we receive the item(s), a credit will be issued to the original form of payment with the $5 shipping label fee deducted.
